The Nigeria Cassava Investment Accelerator (NCIA) team recently visited the Lagos office of IDH, The Sustainable Trade Initiative. The meeting brought together leaders from both organisations to explore areas of alignment in driving cassava industrialisation in Nigeria.
Representing IDH were Eniola Fabusoro, Country Director, and Promise Lawal Oyesina, Programme Convener. The NCIA team included Sonya Hoo, Managing Director & Partner at BCG, Olayinka Majekodunmi, Partner at BCG, Elizabeth Eze, Principal at BCG, and Titilola Fagbemi, Consultant with Lagos Business School.
The discussions centred on opportunities for collaboration, alignment of ongoing initiatives and how both institutions can jointly support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthen access to finance, and advance Nigeria’s cassava value chain.
This engagement underscores NCIA’s commitment to fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the agricultural sector as it works toward unlocking the multi-billion dollar potential of cassava for industrial use in Nigeria.
